TOP

Advanced – generally for yellow belt and above or older youth.  Those of lower rank may attend if they are able to focus for the extended period.

 TOP

Judo – Galesville only – learn the throwing and jujitsu associated with judo.

 TOP

Tai Chi – Galesville only – learn to relax and gain inner peace, with the slow movements, yet strength- building techniques.  It has also been shown to provide health benefits and reduce incidences of illness.
